As a Senior Associate at Sorenson Impact, Kaitie manages various projects, including research, conferences, presentations, and events. Motivated by Sorenson Impact's focus on finding innovative solutions to difficult social problems, Kaitie first joined as a student fellow while completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Utah.
Kaitie’s unique experience across multiple sectors includes working at the Governor’s Office of Economic Development with the International Trade and Diplomacy division; working at Maitri India, where she developed curriculum to educate the community about domestic violence and the importance of education; and working on Yeah Samake’s Malian presidential campaign, where she focused on grassroots outreach.
Kaitie grew up in Washington, D.C. and has lived abroad in New Delhi, India while she worked at Maitri as well as in Moscow and Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She graduated from the University of Utah summa cum laude with an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
