Director, Data Science



Gwen is a Director for Sorenson Impact over Data, Policy, and Performance Innovation, where she uses data to help governments, nonprofits, and philanthropists analyze policy proposals and programmatic changes. Prior to joining Sorenson Impact, she worked as a Research Project Director for the National Bureau of Economic Research, where she managed a behavioral economics lab that specialized in creating behavior change in health and savings. Prior to that, she worked for Harvard Kennedy School analyzing the relationship between race and economics in industrial cities in America. 

Gwen completed a master's degree at Harvard University and is a graduate of the University of Utah.
