2019 WINTER INNOVATION SUMMIT
Venue & Schedule
The Summit’s daytime content will take place at the David Eccles School of Business (University of Utah). The main stage is located in the Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building (SFEBB) on the 7th floor, referred to as Child Hall.

Check in & Get Oriented
You can skip the main registration area. Head over to the Spencer Fox Eccles Business Building’s 7th floor to check in with Missie Frandsen (the Summit’s chief of staff) and Tiana Rogers in the media lounge for your name badge and press pass. The media lounge (room 7175) is near the main stage and green room. Missie and Tiana can help orient you, answer questions, and connect you with speakers. (If you are a speaker/moderator, your name badge/press pass will be in the adjacent green room.)
At Child Hall, breakfast will be provided of assorted pastries, including vegan options. A hot buffet breakfast will be offered at the Garff Building with scrambled eggs, ham and cheese, tofu scramble, bacon and assorted pastries, including vegan options. Both breakfast options will include coffee and tea.
Boxed lunches will be provided. (Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal and kosher meals will be available.)
Light dinner fare will be provided at evening events.

Media lounge: you are welcome to go to the Spencer Fox Eccles Building’s conference room 7175 to do work, conduct quick interviews, etc.
Reserved seating: a few seats will be reserved for press near the front of the main stage.
